Q: Are you sample free?
A: Sample are free if you only need 1-2 PCS. But freight collected or prepaid.

Q:Do you accept the sample cost paid by PayPal? Or any other payment option for the sample payment? 

A: We can accept the payment by PayPal or Trade Assurance.

Q: How long you will finish the sample?
A: Generally about 5-7 days.

Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 3000set, but we can reduce to 1000sets for your trial order.

Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Normally 35-40 days after received the 30% deposit.

A:Yes, we can provide customized packaging if you offer the artwork or layout of package.

Q:What color/logo options do you offer?

A:Logo by silk screen printing or by laser engraving are both fine onto the product.

Q: Can you produce our design and guarantee will never steal nor divulge our design to anyone? 
A: Yes, we can produce any customer's design but you need to pay the mould cost and we promise we will highly respect your intellectual property and will not steal not divulge your design to anyone else.
